You've made my week!!! Thank you so much for the great comment! Actually, the sky took about 7 layers to finally get right. The rest painted fairly fast. If memory serves, the painting took about 48 hours.

Hi David,

It's a funny story actually on how I came about looking at your painting

I live in a place called Como, in Sydney, Australia ( google map it if you like :-) )

After seeing the movie called Tremors starring Kevin Bacon, I loved the landscapes around the Inyo county are and the Seqouia parks...and then I saw your painting!! It was funny, a couple of buddies at work saw the picture too and they were like a human painted that ??? Looks to good to be real!!!

48 Hours is a long time, but look at the result, it's beautiful!
